Earlier this month, I had the privilege of teaching a session titled “Embracing Digital Ministry for Any Church Size”—a conversation close to my heart and central to the mission I live out daily at Brown Missionary Baptist Church and beyond. Whether you’re a congregation of 30 or 20,000, the heart of this session was simple: digital ministry isn’t about size—it’s about equipping your team with effective tools.

Why This Conversation Matters
From overhead projectors and cassette players to live-streaming platforms and virtual worship environments, we’ve seen the church evolve. But the question many still ask is: How do we do this with limited resources? My goal was to break through that hesitation and equip leaders with practical tools that scale, no matter their context.
Session Highlights
Here are a few key topics we covered:
Livestream Audit: Don’t chase trends—cultivate a lasting style that fits your church’s voice.
Platform Priorities: Understanding which digital tools (social, church online, youtube, websites) truly serve your congregation.
Volunteer Empowerment: Training and organizing media teams—no matter their experience level.
Tools & Resources

Final Encouragement
Whether you’re a pastor, creative, or volunteer, know this: God has equipped your house with what you need to reach people. Digital ministry isn’t about performance—it’s about purposeful presence. Let’s be consistent. Let’s be authentic. And above all, let’s keep Jesus at the center.
